Ex works (EXW) is an international trade term that describes when a seller makes a product available at a designated location, and the buyer of the product must cover the transport costs.
This type of delivery is also used only for sea transportation. CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): Delivery with freight and insurance costs paid: The difference of this delivery from CFR is that the sea insurance is made until the goods arrive at the destination port and the division of the cost belongs to the seller.
Features of the delivery method: In this delivery method, the seller undertakes all costs and risks and brings the goods to the port where they will be loaded. He makes customs procedures done and performs his experiment by paying the freight fee.
FOB stands for Free on Board. It can be translated as delivery in Turkish on the handrail. In this form of delivery, the export responsibility ends with the delivery of the goods. All responsibilities and expenses until the products are loaded on the ship belong to the exporter.
The buyer places a pre-order after paying 20% to 50% of the desired product. It will be ready for shipment within 5-10 weeks. Special discount price according to the product to the buyer. Stock status is not taken. The product requested is brought.
